Who Can Apply?
You may qualify for the ECO4 or GBIS if:
Your household income is under £31,000
Your home has an EPC rating of D–G
Someone in your household has severe or long-term health conditions
Health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory issues, disabilities, or mental health conditions may make you eligible through your local authority.
